Terms and Conditions
- Exhibition space will be provided on a “first come first served” basis.
- All prices quoted are in USD and of present applicable VAT & Taxes.
- Participation will be confirmed upon approval by the organizing committee and receipt of full payment. The last date for full payment is 15th January 2018.
- All cancellations request must be emailed to the contact person at least 2 months prior to conference otherwise no refund.
- In case of cancellation, the refund of the booking amount will be made after completion of the event with the deduction of bank transfer fee and BMPS processing fee (20% of the paid amount).
- The standard exhibition booths space will be provided with one table and two chairs.
- The fee for the space rental excludes booth Exhibitors are free to use their own booth material, provided that it fits the booth dimensions. The construction of booth will be exhibitor’s own responsibility.
- If the booking is made on or before 15th January, 2017 the company name will be included in the list of exhibitors and will be published in the conference program.
